Ordering Process in 4 easy Steps!

Consultation: Before we dive into your custom vision. HEMHERS Custom Garments initiation Fee (consultation fee) is $25. Please Book this service first. This services provides a 30 min conversation via zoom regarding the type of custom, design, measurements, fabrics, accessories, dates, times, fees and any other additional information needed for your vision to come to life. 1. Receive and Review your Quote: We are dedicated to getting back to you swiftly. Providing your vision in detail and precisely it usually take 3 business days, Should your initial inquiry lack some specifics? You can email us at info.hemhers@gmail.com if you need to add any additional pieces to your design. Please be mindful that it may vary your total price. 2. Choose your payment option: Full Payments or 50% Deposit: You have the flexibility to either pay the full amount upfront or begin with a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due when the garment is completed. This does not include shipping so please be mindful that when you receive the total cost at the end. Shipping will be added on to the total cost. (Shipping cost varies on location). Pay in 4: HemHers offers Klarna and Afterpay. The total amount of your invoice must be paid in full at check out. Unfortunately, our non-refundable 50% deposit is not compatible with these 'Pay in 4' services. 3. Creating, Designing and Fittings: Once Payment is received we will dive into the creative process. This is where your request and vision comes into life! This process takes up to 3-6 weeks. For those who are eager for an expedite custom it will be an additional $100 non-refundable rush fee- NOT including shipping. After custom is completed we will share with you the custom garment. Need adjustments? You will have two weeks from when you receive your item(s) to adjust, alter or fix your custom garment. After the two weeks you will need to book our tailoring services at hemhers.com . HemHers does offer custom tapestry blankets. If that is strictly your inquiry. After you approve the design you can proceed to check out. Unfortunately, custom tapestry blankets is not compatible with these 'Pay in 4' services, so you will need to pay in full. 4. Delivery: After garment is completed, approved and final payment is received- expect your custom garment within 2-3 business days- No Drop offs, nor meet ups! Please note that postal services have peak seasons and the package may be delayed by a day or two.

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours and/ or No-shows without prior notification before your appointment may be subject to rebook services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to rebook the service at our discretion. All payments are final. We do NOT do Drop offs or meet ups.
