Welcome HemHers Customer! I am honored that you have chosen HemHers for your next custom tailoring and design. Before booking, be sure to review our rules and policies. All payments are final, and starting prices are listed, but may vary based on additional services and customized design. Need it in a hurry? We also accept rush orders for those last-minute wardrobe emergencies, ensuring you get the perfect fit in no time. Just keep in mind that rush orders are double the price of the regular tailor service, so please put the service twice in your cart to equate to the rush fee you are requesting. The exact address will be provided 24 hours in advance for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours and/ or No-shows without prior notification before your appointment may be subject to rebook services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to rebook the service at our discretion. All payments are final. We do NOT do Drop offs or meet ups.
